Pre-Construction
Before construction begins, we take care of the essential steps to get your home ready. This includes managing approvals if required, guiding you through your selections appointment to finalise colours, materials, and finishes, and preparing your contract with all the necessary documentation.

Construction
Construction begins at our secure, advanced manufacturing facilities. Your home is built in a controlled environment to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent quality. The process includes assembling the steel frame, installing external cladding, roofing, windows, and doors, followed by internal fit-out, including cabinetry, tiling, and final finishes. Before transport, you’ll be invited to a Pre-Delivery Inspection at our Henderson facility, where you can walk through your fully completed home before it is prepared for transport. Throughout the process, you’ll receive real-time updates via our Client Portal, keeping you informed every step of the way. Construction of your new home can take as little as 12* weeks.

Transportation and Installation
Once our team of expert builders have finished the construction of your new home, it will be transported to your prepared site. Upon arrival, the modules are positioned and secured on the foundations. Our team will then complete any necessary on-site works, including plumbing, electrical connections and any external installations (if applicable).

Handover and Move In
Once installation is complete, we will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure your home exceeds expectations. and ensure your home exceeds expectations. We’ll then hand the keys over to you, ready for you to move in and make your new house your new home.
